OUR HISTORY
We are Eclectic Love, We bring joy to children, women, and health!
Eclectic Love (EL) is a grassroots nonprofit organization (NPO) founded by Miss Patrice Robertson, who had a passion for giving back to communities and helping children who seemed voiceless or helpless in various aspects of their lives. Patrice’s journey began with a train ride conversation about dreams and goals in 2017, which led her to volunteer for an organization in Ho, Volta Region, Ghana. After almost a year of volunteering, Patrice realized that she hadn’t yet fulfilled her purpose, and in June 2018, she started dreaming about Eclectic Love. In August 2018, Patrice left the organization she was volunteering with and shared her dreams with her friend Stephen, who also had a desire to help children and families in Ghana. Together, they established Eclectic Love, which officially commenced operations on November 12, 2018.
Eclectic Love operates with the help of volunteers and community members, focusing on teaching children, women, and families through love. The term “eclectic” represents the diverse backgrounds and understandings of everyone involved in the organization. The organization is united by a common goal: securing the future of families and children through love and support.
At the heart of Eclectic Love is the belief that love can be expressed through actions and can be found in small gestures. Guided by the motto “teaching through love,” EL works to educate and empower children and women by offering various programs aimed at building them up. By collaborating and communicating with diverse individuals and communities, Eclectic Love strives to make a lasting impact on the lives of those they serve, fostering hope, resilience, and positive change.

Enables our children to acquire life skills and knowledge, as well as provide a service to those who need it most, which has a lasting positive on society at large and takes place the 3rd Saturday every month.
